For PAN India expansion, the authorized committee from Aircel contacted Live-In Space for office space.
Their key requirements were :-
- Bangalore: 31,000 sq ft.
- Hubli: 10,000 sq ft.
- Delhi: 30,000 sq ft.
- Cochin :30,000 sq ft.
- Mumbai: 30,000 sq ft.
The location specification was :-
- Centre of a commercial hub.
- Near to its competitors like Airtel and Hutch.
- Near to the Tata Tele services/VSNL Backbone or hub.
Aircel clearly said that they would see only the first two options and then they will move out to the next vendor.
Keeping the requirements in mind, Live-In Space gave the best option to Aircel in all the above five location. |
Syndesis and Subex

Syndesis planned to occupy a 5000 to 7000 sq ft of Office and within two months of occupying the office, it was taken over by Subex.
Since Subex had a huge office space and they did not want to retain this new office, the owner of the building was in deep trouble as he spent a heavy amount on furnishing the place according to Syndesis (as they agreed to enter into 3 years of contract).
However, to help the owner, Live-in Space found another tenant in a span of 1 month.
Apart from the above, we also helped the owner for identifying the vendors for :-
- Interior Decoration.
- Designers.
- Office furnitures providers.
- IT infrastructure for the building.
- UPS and DG.

Their key requirements were :-
- Area: 9000 sq ft.
- Location: Indira Nagar.
- The office should be near to fiber optic cable backbone.
- Building should be designed as per Vastu.
- There should be no interference from any satellite communication towers in the radius of 500 mts.
